Lemon Tree Hotels receives NSE/BSE observation letters for scheme

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has received "no objection" observation letters from NSE and "no adverse observations" from BSE on September 22, 2026, regarding a proposed scheme of arrangement. This follows earlier approvals from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and filings with the exchanges. The observation letters are valid for six months, during which the scheme must be submitted to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The scheme remains subject to other statutory and regulatory approvals, including from NCLT and shareholders/creditors.
