This signing marks a significant milestone of signing 50 hotels in FY 2025. The hotel will feature 54 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a bar, a swimming pool, and other public areas. It is expected to be operational in FY26. The hotel is located close to the Western Ghats and is well-connected by road, offering easy access to both public and private transport.
