Lemon Tree Hotels Signs License Agreement for New Property in Shirdi, Maharashtra

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a License Agreement for a new property in Shirdi, Maharashtra. The Lemon Tree Hotel, Shirdi, Maharashtra, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The hotel is expected to start its operations in FY 2028 and will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and other public areas. Shirdi is a major pilgrimage site and the spiritual home of revered saint Sai Baba, attracting millions of devotees annually. The hotel is conveniently located near Shirdi International Airport and Sainagar Shirdi Railway Station, and is well-connected by road.
