Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Three New Properties in Gujarat, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of three new properties - Lemon Tree Hotel Surat, Lemon Tree Hotel Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, and Lemon Tree Resort, Dalhousie. These properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The Surat property will feature 85 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, and recreational facilities. The Rudrapur property will feature 84 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a conference hall, and recreational facilities. The Dalhousie property will feature 75 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, and recreational facilities. These new properties are part of the company's broader strategy for sustained growth across key markets like Gujarat, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh.
