Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Two New Properties in Madhya Pradesh on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Niman, Madhya Pradesh and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Garoth, Madhya Pradesh. Both properties, featuring 42 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room and other public areas, are expected to open in FY 2026 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The hotels are strategically located on the 1,350 km long, 8-lane wide, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, passing through Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. The Expressway is expected to cut travel time between Delhi and Mumbai to 12 hours upon completion. The Nimar region, where Niman is located, is known for its rich cultural heritage and vibrant tradition of folk literature. Garoth, on the other hand, shares its boundary with Jhalawar district of Rajasthan, and is part of the Ujjain Division.
