Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Two New Properties in Madurai and Mcleodganj

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of two new license agreements for properties in Madurai and Mcleodganj. The 'Lemon Tree Premier, Madurai' will feature 100 rooms and is located in a key commercial and cultural center, strengthening the group's presence in Tamil Nadu to eight properties. The 'Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Mcleodganj' will offer 45 rooms and enhances the group's portfolio in Himachal Pradesh to twelve properties. Both hotels will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary. These signings align with Lemon Tree Hotels' strategy to deepen its footprint in high-potential urban and leisure markets across India.
