Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Two New Properties with RJ Corp Limited in Ayodhya and Guwahati

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chain, has announced the signing of two new properties - Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati. These hotels will be developed by RJ Corp Limited using the technical expertise of Lemon Tree Hotels. The hotel operations will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya will feature approximately 300 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting/conference room, recreation facilities, a swimming pool, a spa, and other public areas. Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati will feature approximately 300 rooms, approximately 50 serviced apartments with kitchenettes, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting/conference room, recreation facilities, a swimming pool, a spa, and other areas. These signings align with the company’s vision of offering refreshing and comfortable stays across all destinations, including catering to a new segment of people travelling for medical tourism.
