Lemon Tree Hotels' Subsidiary Wins Bid for Prime Land in Nehru Place, New Delhi for 5-Star Hotel Development

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited's material subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Limited, has been declared as the successful bidder for a prime land parcel in Nehru Place, New Delhi, by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The 2.256-acre land parcel will be used for the development and operation of a 5-star hotel under the upper upscale brand, Aurika. The hotel, named 'Aurika, Nehru Place', will be one of Delhi's largest hotels with 500+ keys and is set to become a landmark in style, comfort, and service in the region. Construction is set to begin shortly.
