Lemon Tree Hotels Terminates Hubli Hotel Agreements

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has terminated the License Agreement and Hotel Operating Agreement (HOA) for Lemon Tree Hotel, Hubli, with effect from five business days after July 10, 2026. The termination is due to a material breach of the HOA terms by M/s. HRK Hospitality (Owner). The company has issued a termination letter to the owner. This termination is not expected to have a material financial impact on Lemon Tree Hotels.
