Lemon Tree signs 2 new hotel license agreements in Raipur & Jalandhar

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. has signed two new license agreements for properties in Raipur and Jalandhar, expanding its footprint in Central and North India. The new properties include Lemon Tree Premier, Raipur, featuring 78 rooms, and Lemon Tree Hotel, Jalandhar, with 60 rooms. Both hotels will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The expansion targets rising demand from business and leisure travelers in these high-growth urban hubs. The company emphasizes strengthening its presence in markets with visible and enduring demand, such as Raipur's industrial growth and Jalandhar's manufacturing base and diaspora connections. Both hotels will offer a range of amenities including restaurants, banquet halls, conference rooms, swimming pools, spas, and fitness centers.
