Lemon Tree signs 90-room hotel in Garudeshwar, Gujarat; 32nd in state

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a License Agreement for a new 90-room hotel in Garudeshwar, Gujarat. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. This new hotel will feature a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. This signing marks the company's 32nd property in Gujarat (11 operational and 21 upcoming), aligning with its strategy to expand in tourism and pilgrimage-driven markets, particularly benefiting from its proximity to the Statue of Unity and improving infrastructure.
