Lenskart Incorporates Step-Down Subsidiary in China

Lenskart Solutions Limited has announced the incorporation of its step-down subsidiary, Wenzhou Framekart Trade Co., Ltd., in the People's Republic of China. This entity, a subsidiary of Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited (a joint venture of Lenskart), will focus on trading, import, export, and procurement of spectacle frames and allied optical products. The incorporation was effective August 14, 2026, with the certificate received on August 17, 2026. Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited will hold a 95% equity interest in the new subsidiary, which will be capitalized with RMB 1 Million.
