Lenskart Solutions Pte. Ltd. Acquires 50% Stake in Marco Optical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for USD 5,000,000

Lenskart Solutions Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lenskart Solutions Ltd, has approved the acquisition of 250,000 ordinary shares, representing 50% of the total issued share capital of Marco Optical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. from Matt Optical Co., Ltd. This acquisition will make Marco Optical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. a Joint Venture between Lenskart Singapore and Matt Optical, both holding 50 % each of its issued share capital. The total investment commitment is THB 168,750,000 (equivalent of USD 5,000,000 based on the average exchange rate for CY2025), which includes the purchase of 250,000 ordinary shares of THB 100 each and the remaining amount shall be infused as a loan that may be converted into equity in the future. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the near future.
