Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Ltd Enters Product Supply Agreement with Zepto Private Limited

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Ltd, a company with I1SO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, has entered into a Product Supply Agreement with Zepto Private Limited. The agreement is for the supply of various products manufactured and sold by the Company. The pricing framework has been mutually agreed upon. The quantum of supplies will be based on individual Purchase Orders (POs) to be issued by Zepto Private Limited. The Company anticipates total orders aggregating approximately 5 crores during the first twelve months from the effective date of the Agreement. This marks the Company’s foray into the Quick Commerce segment, which is witnessing significant growth in urban and semi-urban regions. The arrangement is expected to have a positive impact on the Company’s business operations, enhance its market presence, and create new growth opportunities.
