Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Ltd Expands Manufacturing Footprint with Amson Tek Pvt Ltd Premises Acquisition

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Ltd has entered into a Leave & License Agreement with M/s Amson Tek Pvt Ltd for acquiring premises located at Plot no. A-671, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Borivali, Navi Mumbai 400709. The agreement is for a period of 3 years starting from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. The company plans to carry out the manufacturing of Namkeen, Farsan, dry fruits, spices, and other food products in the leased premises. This move is in line with the company's strategic objective to expand its footprint and explore synergistic opportunities. The total plot area is 1000 Sq. Mtrs, and the monthly leave and license fees will be as follows: Rs 6,80,000 per month from 01/07/2025 to 30/06/2026, Rs 7,14,000 per month from 01/07/2026 to 30/06/2027, and Rs 7,49,700 per month from 01/07/2027 to 30/06/2028. This transaction is not a related party transaction with the Company.
