Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Ltd has announced that it will acquire equity shares in Tobox Ventures Private Limited, a Food-Tech Company. The acquisition is in line with the Company's strategic objective to expand its footprint and explore synergistic opportunities in downstream business segments. The total consideration for the acquisition of ~880 shares with a face value of INR 10 per share is INR 15,00,67,508 (Fifteen Crore Sixty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Eight). The cost of acquisition per share is INR 19,044.10. This transaction is not a related party transaction with the Company.
