Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Ltd to Purchase Four Commercial Units from Prem Builders for Storage and Packing Activities

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Ltd has approved the proposal to finalize and execute an agreement with M/s Prem Builders, a partnership firm, for the purchase of four commercial units situated at Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai. The transaction does not fall under the ambit of 'related party transaction' as defined under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The purpose of the agreement is for storage and packing activities for 35-50 gram SKUs for all products including namkeen products of Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited. The total area of the four units is 2072 sq.ft. and the purchase consideration is Rs 1.05 crore per unit plus GST, Stamp Duty and Registration charges as applicable.
