Lesha Industries Appoints Khimani & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Lesha Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Khimani & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new statutory auditor. This decision was approved by the company's members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 18, 2026. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from the conclusion of the 34th AGM in 2026 until the conclusion of the 39th AGM in 2031 (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31).
