LGB Forge Ltd Holds 20th AGM on August 14, 2026

LGB Forge Limited conducted its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 14, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was held in compliance with SEBI regulations and the Companies Act, 2013. Key directors, including the Chairman & Non-Executive Director Sri. B. Vijayakumar and Managing Director Smt. Rajsri Vijayakumar, were present. The Statutory Auditors and Secretarial Auditors also attended. A total of 49 members, representing 7,84,43,805 equity shares, participated. The meeting proceeded with the introduction of directors and confirmation of quorum. Proxies were not applicable due to the virtual format.
