This transaction represents a disposal of 0.059% of the total share capital. Following the sale, the holding of Dinesh Kumar Gupta HUF has reduced from 1.905% to 1.846% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at ₹17,04,00,000, divided into 1,70,40,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
