Liberty Shoes Re-appoints Two Independent Directors, Appoints One Executive Director

Liberty Shoes Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Sh. Piyush Dixit and Sh. Anand Das Mundhra as Independent Directors for a second term of three years, effective August 11, 2026, to August 10, 2029. Additionally, Sh. Raman Bansal has been appointed as an Executive Director for a three-year term, effective August 10, 2026, to August 9, 2029. All appointed directors have confirmed they are not debarred from holding office and are capable of discharging their duties.
