Libord Finance Ltd has announced that its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 25, 2025 at 12.00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has engaged services of NSDL for providing remote e-Voting facility prior to the AGM and e-Voting during the AGM. The cut-off date to ascertain the shareholders eligible to participate in the e-Voting process is September 18, 2025. The e-Voting commencement is from September 21, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and will close on September 24, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. (IST).
