Libord Finance Ltd. has announced the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 25, 2025, at 12.00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will transact ordinary business such as adopting the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the FY ended March 31, 2025, and appointing a Director in place of Mr. Nawal Agrawal who retires by rotation. The special business includes appointing Secretarial Auditors for a term of 5 consecutive years.
