Libord Finance Ltd Reconstitutes Audit Committee with New Independent Director

Libord Finance Ltd has reconstituted its Audit Committee as of October 31, 2025, by including the name of Mr. Ramanathan Thirupathi (DIN: 01680773), a Non-Executive Independent Director. The reconstitution was made in accordance with Regulation 30, Regulation 18, and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The new composition of the Audit Committee is as follows: Chairman - Non-Executive Independent Director, Member - Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Member - Mr. Ramanathan Thirupathi (Non-Executive Independent Director).
