LIC Housing Finance Appoints Sandeep Kumar as MD & CEO

LIC Housing Finance Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Sandeep Kumar as the Additional Director and the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 29, 2026. This follows the cessation of Shri T Adhikari from the same roles, effective August 28, 2026, due to his superannuation from LIC of India. The appointment of Shri Sandeep Kumar is subject to shareholder approval within three months and is for a term not exceeding five years. Shri Sandeep Kumar brings over three decades of experience from Life Insurance Corporation of India.
