Likhami Consulting Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on January 23, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also consider and approve the limited review report by the statutory auditors on the same. The trading window for all promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, connected persons, and designated persons/employees of the company and their relatives will be closed from January 1, 2026, to January 25, 2026 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
