The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 2, 2026, approved the AGM date and related documents including the Board Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also set the closure of share transfer books from August 19 to August 25, 2026, and fixed August 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for voting rights. The e-voting period will be from August 21 to August 24, 2026. M/s. Veenit Pal & Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Pradip Kumar Ghosh as a Non-Executive Director will be considered at the AGM.
