Linaks Microelectronics Ltd. to Announce Q4 Results for 2025 on February 11, 2026

Linaks Microelectronics Ltd. has informed the BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on February 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The meeting will also address any other matters. In accordance with the Code for prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the company will be closed for all designated persons from January 01, 2025, till the expiry of forty-eight (48) hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results to the public i.e. Friday, 13th February, 2026.
