Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Holds 32nd AGM via Video Conference

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd. convened its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting, chaired by Managing Director Mr. Mahendra Patel in the absence of the Chairman, saw the approval of resolutions by the members. The Managing Director provided an update on the company's performance, highlighting the launch of four new domestic divisions, growth in exports, expansion of the Khatraj Plant, operational Mehsana Plant, and a new API facility. He also noted that domestic and international markets contributed 38% and 62% of total sales, respectively, and that the company's renewable energy projects fully meet its energy needs.
