Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto, and the Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information adopted by the company. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course. Directors, Senior Management Personnel, Promoters, Promoter Group, and other Connected Persons are advised not to trade in securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure.
