Liotech Industries Appoints Secretarial and Internal Auditors

Liotech Industries Limited announced the appointment of M/s. HRU & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 and M/s. B B Gusani & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The decisions were made by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 07, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointments are in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
