Lippi Systems Ltd to Rebrand as Nilkanth Resources Ltd

Lippi Systems Ltd announced a significant corporate restructuring following a Board of Directors meeting. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Vinesh Dholu and Jagdish Dholu as Additional Directors, with Vinesh Dholu also appointed as Executive Director and Jagdish Dholu as Managing Director. Jaimish Patel and Shivji Dholu were also appointed as Additional Directors in independent and non-independent categories, respectively. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
