Lippi Systems Ltd. to Sell Two Wind Turbine Machines: Approval Sought at 32nd AGM

Lippi Systems Ltd. has called for its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30th September 2025. The agenda includes the approval for the sale of two wind turbine machines owned by the company. The machines are located at PW-2, Suvey No. 81, Village Nani Matli, Dist.: Jamnagar and 63/P-1, Galpadar, Kalawad, Jamnagar, Gujarat. The sale includes all attachments, structures, rights, spares, tools, equipment's, and parts. The company's Board of Directors will decide the terms and conditions of the sale. The AGM will also consider the appointment of a new director in place of Mr. Tirthraj Pandya, whose term has ended.
