Lippi Systems: Open Offer for 33.82 Lakh Equity Shares

Vivro Financial Services, manager to the open offer, has submitted a detailed public statement for the acquisition of up to 33,82,231 equity shares of Lippi Systems Ltd, representing 25.05% of the expanded share capital. The open offer is made by Vinesh Shivji Dholu, Jagdish Shivji Dholu, Shivji Karamshi Dholu, Jagruti Vinesh Dholu, and Parul Jagdish Dholu, in compliance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations. The offer considers 100% of equity shares held by public shareholders.
