LKP Finance Ltd Allots 4:1 Bonus Shares to Eligible Members

LKP Finance Ltd has allotted 6,14,46,600 equity shares as fully paid-up bonus equity shares in the proportion of 4:1, i.e., 4 new fully paid-up equity shares for every 1 existing fully paid-up equity share. The allotment was made to the eligible members whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners, as on 06 March 2026, the ‘Record Date’ fixed for this purpose. This allotment has increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from 1,53,61,650 shares to 7,68,08,250 shares.
