LKP Finance Ltd. has announced an expansion of its operations into new and allied business areas, following a shareholder resolution passed on 25th October, 2025. The company has entered into a Trademark License Agreement with Vouchagram India Private Limited, a leading company in India engaged in the business of buying, reselling of gift cards, vouchers, and providing gifting and loyalty solutions. The agreement grants LKP Finance Ltd. the license to use the trademark names Gyftr Vouchagram Voucher World and MyGyFTR in its new line of business. This arrangement is expected to support the company’s expansion into complementary business segments and strengthen its growth prospects.
