LKP Securities Appoints Pratik M. Doshi as CFO

LKP Securities Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Pratik M. Doshi as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective November 2, 2026. This follows the resignation of the previous CFO, Mr. Alpesh Dangodra, which was effective October 31, 2026. Mr. Doshi will continue in his existing roles as Chairman and Managing Director. The company also released its un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
