Lloyds Enterprises Limited Sells 0.10% Stake in Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd to Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited for Rs. 10,01,10,000

Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd has announced that Lloyds Enterprises Limited, the promoter of the company, has sold 14,20,000 fully paid-up Equity shares of the company to Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited, the investment arm of Mr. Balasubramanian Prabhakaran. The deal, worth Rs. 10,01,10,000, was conducted as a 'Block Deal'. The stake sold represents 0.10% of the total equity shares of the company, which includes 116,55,10,466 fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1/- each and 30,85,17,476 partly paid equity shares at Re. 0.50 each.
