Lloyds Enterprises Pledges 4.05% of LEWL Shares for ₹219 Cr Loan

Lloyds Enterprises Limited has pledged 6,00,00,000 equity shares, representing 4.05% of the total equity share capital of Lloyds Engineering Works Limited (LEWL), as security for a financial assistance of ₹219 crore from Tata Capital Limited. The pledge was created on August 13, 2026, as per a Share Pledge Agreement. This disclosure is made in accordance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Lloyds Enterprises Limited holds a promoter stake of 32.65% in LEWL.
