The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Avijit Ghosh as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Furthermore, the company will invest in renewable energy projects for captive consumption, including entering into Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreements and Power Purchase Agreements for wind and solar power. The Board also approved the conversion of outstanding loans into equity for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lloyds Global Resources FZCO, and an enabling approval for additional investment in the same subsidiary.
