Logiciel Solutions to acquire US subsidiary for $10,000

Logiciel Solutions Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of USD 10,000 to acquire 100% of Logiciel Solutions Inc., USA, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This strategic move aims to strengthen the company's presence in the North American market and support its IT Services and IT Staffing business. The newly incorporated US entity is yet to commence commercial operations. The board also noted the appointment of Mr. Anshul Sharma as Vice President — Sales and Mr. Ram Prakash Varanasi as Practice Head — Healthcare, and the establishment of an AI Research & Development Practice. The acquisition is being made on an arm's length basis and is expected to be completed upon remittance of funds and share allotment.
