Trading Window Closure Announced by Looks Health Services Ltd for Quarter and Year Ended on 31st March, 2026

Looks Health Services Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone financial results of the company. The board meeting to consider the audited standalone financial results will be intimated separately. The PAN of designated persons of the company will be frozen by the designated depository of the company for trading in equity shares of the company during the said trading window closure period. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the company either directly or indirectly during the period of closure of the trading window.
