Lords Ishwar Hotels Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Lords Ishwar Hotels Ltd, in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in compliance with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated 19th July, 2023, regarding Trading Window closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
