Lorenzini Apparels Ltd Closes Trading Window for FY 2025-2026

Lorenzini Apparels Ltd, pursuant to SEBI regulations and BSE circulars, has announced the closure of the trading window for the financial year ending March 31st, 2026. The closure will be in effect from April 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended as on March 31st, 2026. This decision is applicable to all promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons/employees, fiduciaries, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The Depository will freeze the PAN of these individuals specifically for the company's shares during this period. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the audited financial results will be informed in due course.
