Resignation of Two Independent Directors from Lorenzini Apparels Ltd: Yogesh Kumar and Ajay

Lorenzini Apparels Ltd announced the resignation of two Independent Directors, Mr. Yogesh Kumar and Mr. Ajay, due to unavoidable personal circumstances and increased personal commitments respectively. The resignations led to the reconstitution of various committees of the Board, including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mr. Ish Sadana, Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, has been appointed as the Chairman/Member of these committees.
