Lotus Eye Hospital to hold 29th AGM on Sep 23, 2026; revises MD remuneration

Lotus Eye Hospital and Institute Ltd has announced its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 23, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company will present its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and discuss ordinary and special business. Key among the special business is the proposed revision in remuneration for its Managing Director, Ms. Sangeetha Sundaramoorthy, increasing her monthly pay from ₹3,50,000 to ₹6,00,000, effective August 10, 2026. The AGM will also cover the appointment of a director and adoption of financial statements. Remote e-voting facility will be available to members from September 20 to September 22, 2026.
