Lovable Lingerie Appoints Kshatray Reddy as Additional Director

Lovable Lingerie Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Kshatray Krishn Vinay Reddy as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director to its Board of Directors, effective August 13, 2026. The appointment was approved during a Board meeting held on the same day. Mr. Reddy is not debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order. He will be liable to retire by rotation, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Reddy brings experience in financial management from his role as Finance Manager at Microtex Clothing Pvt Limited.
