Loyal Equipments changes Secretarial Auditor

Loyal Equipments Ltd announced a change in its Secretarial Auditor. The Board of Directors accepted the resignation of M/s. MSV & Associates and, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment of M/s. Mittal V. Kothari & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor, subject to member approval at the upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting. The company also finalized the AGM notice, Directors' Report, and set the AGM date for September 29, 2026, to be held via VC/OAVM. The schedule for remote e-voting and the appointment of a scrutinizer and e-voting agency were also approved.
