LT Foods Ltd to Set Up Manufacturing Unit for Regional Rice in Karnataka

LT Foods Ltd is setting up a manufacturing unit for regional rice in the state of Karnataka, subject to the receipt of necessary statutory and regulatory approvals and clearances. The new unit will have an initial estimated production capacity of 30,000 Metric Ton per annum and is expected to begin commercial production by February 2, 2026. The estimated capex for the project is Rs. 6 Cr, which will be financed through internal accruals. The move aims to create and further strengthen the value chain for the company's regional rice portfolio in South India.
