LT Foods Ltd Withdraws Proposed Acquisition of Global Green Group Due to Rejection by Hungarian Ministry

LT Foods Ltd has announced the withdrawal of its proposed acquisition of the Global Green Group, comprising Global Green Europe Kft., Greenhouse AGRAR Kft., and Global Green International (UK) Limited. The decision to withdraw the acquisition comes after the Ministry of National Economy, Hungary, rejected the proposed transaction on the grounds of identified national economic and sectoral risks. The Company had earlier proposed and approved the acquisition on May 15, 2025, and October 13, 2025, but has now decided not to proceed with the transaction.
